Was Rescue 3 unavailable ?
 
Remember a lot of working fires at this box during the "War Years". Here's a card from 1969 when E85 was still with E82/L31. There were some interesting updates penciled like L59 (2nd due) yet no E85 even though they were 4 blocks away.
