Police arrived and discovered smoke in the home, FDNY extinguished small fire (E161/L81)
3 individuals were found DOA in the house (1 mother and 2 children) - children believed to be drowned
Father arrested and being questioned after being found walking along the BQE in Bay Ridge, BK
Heavy NYPD presence investigating, fire marshal as well
