Building looks like it was the one old heap in a row of newly redone buildings. Did they make it a 10-41?
Yup. Had like a dozen marshals show up. Might have had to do with medal day as well but nonetheless they were actively investigating as operations were ongoing. It was out every window on arrival.

Different note - was E217 at Medicals / education day? Quarters is only 2 blocks away.
