Phone Alarm reporting a fire in a PD

Just my opinion, but time to reevaluate this system where certain units get assigned because it is their boro without regard to response times. E284 with SAT3 was closer than 324 to begin with but 324 has gets assigned because they're the Queens unit. Similarly Engine 250 would be much closer than 274 as the HMTU. And for that matter, R2 is closer than R4. If these assets are truly emergency assets, i.e. they're needed as quickly as possible possible, the department should rid the "its our boro" mentality and send the closest available unit.

Obviously this isnt breezy point but 284 goes to breezy point on the 2nd alarm and not 324.
