negative  in  the  fire  apt.,    still  doubtful.

Another big job that L23 missed being in on the 1st Alarm because of their firehouse fire. In fact, even though L23 is at L40's house, L40 was FAST before L23 was sent in on the 2nd Alarm.

The box went out as 4, 2, Rescue, Squad for multiple calls.

No, it wasn't. After the 4th or 5th call, the 4th engine, Rescue and Squad were added.

I was listening to this.. It was a 4 2 rescue & squad right from when the dispatcher announced the phone alarm, due to the "volume of calls"

E80 was told "they have a fire there"

Yes, Michael, when the box was announced, we had "loaded it up", however, the initial assignment was 2 and 2. The 4th Engine, Rescue 3, and Sq-41 were added after the 4th or 5th call was received through the UCT link from PD. It's usually a minute and a half from the time the units get the ticket to the time we announce it over the air. So by that time, we had a large volume of calls and we modified the assignment.
