Overturned tractor trailer leaking refrigerant and diesel
TL86 to SI: Advise HazMat that we now have a saddle tank leaking in addition to the original leak
R5 to SI: Please relay to incoming HazMat units that it’s refrigerant leaking on a straight truck, not a tanker
BC22: We have 4 gallons of diesel leaking from saddle tank. We have a small amount of refrigerant leaking from the cab as well. We have to offload the saddle tanks to upright the vehicle (HM1, HMB acknowledge)
BC22: E165 is drilling into the saddle tanks to offload. Estimated to be about 80 gallons.
BC22: Gonna hold the present assignment. We have a precautionary foam line stretched. Continuing to offload.
