Phone alarm reporting fire on 10th floor

E53 gave 10-77, fire on the top floor of a high rise fireproof MD

BC10 using All-Hands for fire in apartment 10C on the 10th floor of a 10-story 100x100. 2LS, 1LO.

D3 reports secondary searches in the adjoining apartments are negative

D3 reports all searches are negative throughout

May have been other activity in area, and E58 sounded like they were relocated elsewhere. Not sure where L43 was or if they were 10-84 (should be first due). FireWire has rundown as:
