SI to BC23 and HMB: E168 was responding to an arrest at box 3743, upon arrival they were told the patient was exposed to an unknown substance. They requested HazMat response.

BC23: the patient is with EMS stable. E165 is assessing the situation in the dry cleaners.
BC23 reports HazMat 1 has isolated the leak. Working on venting.
