So did Car-11 start out an extra Rescue and Squad and then FC cancel them? Or did FC deny what would have been the 3rd Rescue and Squad with the 10-66 on top of the Car-11 special calls?

C11 asked for an extra R&S

FC transmitted the 10-66

QD asked FC if they needed the R&S normally assigned on the 66 since (making it a total of 3&3) but FC said they didn’t need 3 total
