"The Sky Is Falling" by Arthur Weingarten. An excellent book which traces the actions of the aircraft and crew from Europe until the tragic crash. Many photos included.
On a side note, my dad was the MPO er ECC on the third due engine that morning. He had a tiny piece of one of the aircraft's engine (Which fell into W33 street) in his sock drawer. When he passed in 1987 I asked my mom where it was and the response was "I threw that junk out." Thanks Ma!
