Lifeguards off duty at 6pm. Incident reported 6:25pm. 9 year old boy last seen in water at W.15th. St.

Aviation just lowered diver into water just east of Steeplechase Pier (6:46pm) There are 6 vessels, two helicopters searching. PD just (6:51pm}ordered Level 1 Mobilization to search for child on land I guess. Child found safe on land (6:59pm)!!!
