The picture must be of a different building the fire is supposed to be on the 4th floor????
 
This is the building, it's down the block from the 124 pin point but in the same complex. Corner of Lake street/Walker Street.

 
Literally just walked in from the job...first one ive been to on my island in ages. It was pretty smoky...more smoke than fire.
