Truck carrying O2 on fire.

D-1 going to transmit a 10-80 Code 1

D-1 s/c a Fast Truck to West Side of East 29th St & FDR Drive

D-1 we have 2 L/S 1 in Opp.

L-9 we are responding as the Fast Unit. But our CPC is OOS it won't start

MD to D-1 do you want them to continue as the Fast Truck?

D-1 do you have another CPC available

D-1 10-4 but do you still want them as the fast truck?

D-1 have 9 Truck continue in

MD to D-1 what are you using there

D-1 we are using All Hands DWH @12:24

L-2 we are having trouble starting our CPC rig. We are trying to jump it

D-1 to MD we don't need a CPC unit anymore

D-1 this will be a prolong operation. Special 2 Engines, 1 Truck, 1 Battalion & 1 Haz-Tec Engine for relief. PWH @13:43

You can hear SQ18 on the HT transmissions at the collapse box so I am guessing another squad (and rescue?) were assigned here.
 
How many CPC Units do you think they would've had to call to get one that didn't have a dead battery?

Tomorrow the directive will come down that everyone has to start and run their CPC rig to make sure it is working, bank on it.
