Where was L8, they should've been the 2nd due truck? ??? BTW, this was right down the block from the Fire Museum at 278 Spring, former quarters of E30. 50 years ago the response woulld've been E30, E27, E13, L8 and L20, all 3 engines on the first alarm have been disbanded.

E13 was located at 253 Lafayette St w/ L20. Disbanded 12/16/74

E13 was located at 253 Lafayette St w/ L20. Disbanded 12/16/74

Before April 1974 they were with L20 at 155 Mercer St. and before April of 1948 they were at 99 Wooster St.
