In that part of the world they do date reverse of United States hence 9/7 is 9th day of July whereas we do 7/9/10. Common in Europe to do day then month.

I travelled through Heathrow on June 26, travelling Prague to Paris via London.  I saw a major fire that day, north of terminal 5
