Box 2235 transmitted for a fire at 236 East 87th Street, near Ditmas Avenue, Canarsie Section of Brooklyn.
Engines 231, 290    Ladder 120  Batt. 44

Engine 310 became available replacing Engine 231; Ladder 170 became available replacing Ladder 120; Batt. 58 became available replacing Batt. 44.

Engine 257 became available and assigned in.  Ladder 174 became available and assigned in.

@1316: Engine 310 transmits 10-75-2235 for a fire on the first floor of a two story flat roof attached PD.
Engine 231 (4th due), Ladder 120 (fast truck), Rescue 2, Squad 1 (Squad 252 not available), Batt. 44, Div. 15, RAC 2.

@1318: Also receiving 238 East 87 Street.

@1321: 75-2235: Batt. 58 reports using all hands for a fire on the first floor of a 2 story brick 20 x 50, one line stretched, all visible fire knocked down, trucks opening up, searches underway.  Exposures: 1- street, 2- similar attached, 3- unknown, 4- yard.

@1322: Div. 15: small fire on the first floor, fire is under control, Div. 15 is 10-8; return all special units.  Squad 1 and Rescue 2 are 10-8.

Ladder 172 relocated to Ladder 174.

@1333: Batt. 58 reports secondary searches complete and negative, transmit 10-41 code1.

Radio was unclear; Engine 283 could have been second or third due.  Quite a bit of confusion with units becoming available after the box was transmitted; Brooklyn dispatchers handled it very well, as usual.
