Engines 284, 242, 247   Ladder 168, 109  Batt. 42

Squad 1, Rescue 5, Engine 243, Ladder 114 (fast truck), Batt. 40, Div. 8

@1736: 75-2759: Batt. 42 using all hands for a fire at 965 78th Street, 2 story brick 20 x 85, fire on the first floor, one line stretched and in operation, fire is doubtful.  Exposures: 1- street, 2- PD, 3- yard, 4- similar attached.

@1738: Batt. 42: main body of fire knocked down, primary searches underway.

they were out on an 8888 box.......mechanical medicals something along those lines

I don't believe L 149 would have been assigned anyway.  Could be wrong, for the first time in my life ;D ;D
