Could be a first timer backup aide. Drive there safely, park chiefs car out of way, get your handie talkies, get you paperwork with your script and start filling in the blanks, damn it pencil broke, Chief is calling me, dispatcher is calling me, some one is asking me to help with the line, etc…

Going to be some mistakes in transmissions to dispatcher guaranteed. Not the biggest deal.
As long as Chief is running the job with the units there all is OK. Need more help get that important information out to dispatcher.

Like anything some more reps as aide get better.

A good aide is a tremendous asset to a regular chief and especially so to a covering chief or an ABC
