H1 is the duty safety chief, I think H2 is the air/light unit, and W12 is the air supply unit from the training division. The radio list I have is somewhat outdated.

I think this is the second multiple alarm fire in this area, a fire with the second alarm on arrival several months ago had extension to buildings on Irma.
