From what i read a ceremony involving the Memorial Truck honoring the 343 was shut down by the FDNY over the weekend. The 83 "Never Forget 100' Rear Admiral" was getting ready to raise the colors, surrounded by firefighters and bagpipers. The operator extends the 100 ft aerial off the back of the rig (no elevation) to hang the USA flag. Ladder 4 arrived, and the officer had Times Square evacuated in the area surrounding the truck.

The Truck was also told to leave Ground Zero on Saturday night and not to return as PD were locking down the area.
