Male cart driver has severe head trauma

Requesting EMS w/ ALS

*Location is down the block from SI University Hospital South - busy road for a cart to been on

Normally first due Engine 164 & Ladder 84 at AH job in Charleston

Unfortunately SIUH South is not a Trauma Center. Unless that patient had an airway compromise he/she took the long ride up to SIUH North on Seaview Avenue.
