Another Houston Apartment Fire...The Hotshots Slowed Down

The city of Houston has always treated the Houston Fire Dept as a second rate step-child. It's a shame as HFD has some really good people in the trenches, who themselves are the victims of City Hall's callous indifference. I fear it will take a tragedy before Houston's elected officials wake up and fully support HFD.
