Anyone know the year of these Apparatus?

These we're in the lot next to the Newark Fire Headquarters a few days ago. I'm assuming the Engine (E9) is a late 90's, early 2000's ALF. Not to sure about the Truck though.

E9 - 2008 American LaFrance Eagle 1250GPM Pumper.

& Obviously The Two Cars On The Right Are Crown Vic's - Definitely Early 2000's.

The Truck Is Throwing Me Off A Little, I Dont Really Remember Newark Having Many "KME" Ladders - Also The Mirrors Are Different Then All Other Newark FD Apparatus.

Old E*9 is now used for Community Relations and the Crown Vics look like Fire Preventions which would make them 2004 and the other 2006.

That truck looks like it could be an old Hazleton City truck.
