Anyone know the year of these Apparatus?

IMG_20240320_152225294.jpgThese we're in the lot next to the Newark Fire Headquarters a few days ago. I'm assuming the Engine (E9) is a late 90's, early 2000's ALF. Not to sure about the Truck though.
 
E9 - 2008 American LaFrance Eagle 1250GPM Pumper.

& Obviously The Two Cars On The Right Are Crown Vic's - Definitely Early 2000's.

The Truck Is Throwing Me Off A Little, I Dont Really Remember Newark Having Many "KME" Ladders - Also The Mirrors Are Different Then All Other Newark FD Apparatus.
 
Old E*9 is now used for Community Relations and the Crown Vics look like Fire Preventions which would make them 2004 and the other 2006.
