Anyone Know These Guys?

Ray, Jack Kleehaas asked me to post this picture on Nycfire maybe in the history section
But I don’t know how to do it

He wants to know if anybody recognizes the guys in the photo

Very interesting. That is the site of the old Yonkers FD HQ/ Station 1 on New School Street in downtown Yonkers. That building was torn down a few years ago and the new building was built across the street.

On May 11th 1978- E43/L59, E90/L41 & B19 responded to a Yonkers mutual aid call for a fire at 377 North Broadway. L 59 had moved to Sedgwick Ave on April 17th of that year.

I would imagine that is the date of the picture. 2nd from left is J. McKay, a FF with and later Lt. of L 59. Several guys in the picture look to have on harnesses, indicating they were from a truck.
