Backnang,Germany Apartment Building Fire kills 8 including 7 children

Hi there, I'm Benjamin Beytekin from Germany and this is my first post at NYCFIRE.NET.  As a proffesional photographer ( freelancer ) I work for different newspapers and press agencies. The pic in the first posted article (AP) is from me.

Notic: all responding units to this blaze were from VFD's! In this county no PFD exist.
 
Grumpy appreciates the European view of firefighting. It is always the blue stuff on the red stuff. But the last person in my family, who could speak German,  was my father who was a gunner on a B-17 bombing your country. Unfortunately my father died 20 years ago, who can translate. Can u give a basic translation, like the work!
