I recently met Dorrance Johnson, a fire department historian and photographer who developed this site.  He has a great FDNY section with great pictures and slideshows - recent and historical:

i know Doc very well he is at the same fire house as me....he does an excellent job with taking pics..he will accept any pictures you have..also he has shirts made up if any one is interested in purchasing one
