Box 1875 has been transmitted, Engine 3 is off with heavy smoke showing. Orders of Engine 3 a second alarm, followed by a third alarm. Now a fourth alarm with fire extending to 130 Cushing Ave. Engine 10 and 42 on the third alarm, Engine 17 and 18 and L-7 on the fourth. 5-1875 Engines 2 and 33 with L-26 on the fifth. 6-1875 with 2 x trucks, E-37 and L-6 and 26. C-1 on scene, assuming command. 10:45 EST C-1 reports 3 3 story buildings, heavy fire knocked down. Conducting PAR. Detail of 2 and 2 stage at E-21 until called. 15 people displaced by this incident. Detail is E-4 and 49, L-1 and 17.

There are 2 separate fire details for this incident. Engines 4 and 49, Ladders 1 and 17 for the original fire buildings, Engines 5 and 29, Ladders11 and 16 for the exposure buildings on Cushing.
