Battalion 1 o/s reporting heavy smoke showing from the 3rd floor of a large 3-story wood-frame OMD. Battalion 1 requesting 1 additional Engine S/C for manpower. Battalion 1 requesting an Ambulance to the scene. Battalion 1 requesting PD for traffic control, DPW Sand Truck, and the Red Cross to the scene. Battalion 1 requesting the Canteen Unit S/C. Deputy 3 o/s reporting heavy fire on the 2nd and 3rd floors and in the attic. 3 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. All hands working.
