OFI has stated that the Investigation was passed to CPD Arson Investagtors, "The fire began in a rear stairwell, the result of human actions"

If this was Arson, who wants to bet it was some bored teens?

There were two seperate Still and Box alarm fires, same as a FDNY 10-75, at this location yesterday.

There were two seperate Still and Box alarm fires, same as a FDNY 10-75, at this location yesterday.

I'm assumming if both we're Arson after the original companies left someone probably lit it back up again or the fire just reignited somehow.
