Video by tornadochase66.  Will leave it to the pros to make observations/comments on this video, like the ones on the recent GW Bridge / Port Authority incident.

The manning on the first due engine looks like 1 fire person, that could prove disastrous at an occupied structure fire. I don't understand the term working car fire. At which point does a car fire evolve into a working car fire?

No how would I walk into traffic lanes on I-80 as did the Chief. Also, did they ever hear of SCBA's? There's a few more things, but hey, it is what it is, or was.

Follow up on the above incident.

Discovered that Totowa is an all volunteer fire dept., which sort of explains the one person engine co. with the fire fighter rolling out the hose; going back to the rig to charge the line and putting on the gear, and then going back to take over the nozzle from the chief.

The NYC politicians would love this video to justify reducing FDNY crews ?
