Chicago,IL Firefighters OK After Mayday Called at South Side Fire 4/13/13

Went to a 2-11 Alarm automatically due to the Mayday.

Here's what I got:

Location: 9041 S. Muskegon Ave.
Frequency: Chicago Fire Englewood Dispatch Office
Description: Companies o/s reporting fire in the basement of a 4-story brick M/D. Battalion 23 striking the Still & Box Alarm on arrival. Fire extended to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. Multiple L/S/O's w/Truck Companies opening up. All companies working. Four firefighters injured during a stairway collapse. 2-11 Alarm/EMS Plan I struck for a Mayday that was sounded and shortly canceled. Two firefighters transported ALS for respiratory issues and two firefighters transported BLS for minor injuries.
Units Operating: CFD; CPD

08:43hrs. - Still & Box Alarm struck by orders of Battalion 23. Fire in the basement. All companies going to work.

09:00hrs. - Mayday/2-11 Alarm/EMS Plan I struck for a Mayday. Mayday canceled, all personnel accounted for. Companies using exterior ops.

09:10hrs. - 2-11 Alarm struck out by orders of 2-1-5.
