FIRST COMPANY ON ARRIVAL REPORT FLAMES SHOWING ON THE ROOF AT 'J. STERLING MORTON HIGH SCHOOL - EAST CAMPUS.'
At least 1 handline on the fire. Truck companies opening the roof to check for extension.
*News reports that roofers were doing some I-beam welding work; described as a "small fire," but possibly up to $50,000 worth of fire damage was done

Engine 1 and Truck 2 (Tiller), ALS Ambul. F15 out of Sta. 1
Engine 2, Assist. Chief/Shift Cmdr. F12 from Sta. 2
Truck 1 (Twr. Ladd.) from Sta. 3
Eng. 3 from Sta. 3 c/q to one of the other houses
