Today is the anniversary of Boston's greatest disaster, the Cocoanut Grove fire which claimed the lives of 492 people. The original box transmitted was Box 1521 which was pulled for an automobile fire @ 10:20. As members were putting out that fire they became aware of the situation down the street and responded. Bodies were found stacked up against the exits and the revolving doors which is the reason there are outward opening doors adjacent to revolving doors.
