Heard the Division ask a responding company to a 10-77 if they had a ?Cutter radio?
Anyone know what it is?

Thanks. Shouldn?t this make roll calls over the air and the FAST radio obsolete?

It doesn?t replace a verbal roll call. On electronic roll call, if you key your ht, you?re accounted for. Doesn?t mean you?re ok. With efas ( chief?s car and portable) fast radio not as important, as long as computer is up and running.
