DC FD creating Rowhouse Firefighting training video

Very interesting, when I was a firefighter with DCFD they did not have written truck company procedures. I tried a couple of times to use the can on incipient fires, and it worked well...only to be ordered by the BC to leave it on the truck.
 
Didn't United Labs along with the FDNY do some kind of testing on Governors Island about 7 or 8 years ago? I remember something about them setting fires in different types of buildings with different windows and other things to test fire spread (Its not a good recollection).
