Broward Fire Rescue made quick work of knocking down fire on the 6th floor of an ocean front condo. Air temp 92 degrees.

I believe it was early afternoon. Fire caused by contractor doing repairs inside the condo unit

They run 3 person engine, firehouse is 2-3 blocks up the street.

Yes firehouse 75 about 6 blocks to the north. Three including officer and chauffeur on all Ladders,engines, and rescues( yes in south Florida cross trained firefighter paramedic ambulances are called rescues) battalion 102 was able to fill out the first alarm assignment 4 engines, 2 trucks, 2 rescues, 2 bc’s , a heavy rescue and a haz mat- second alarm units came from pompano beach, Boca Raton, and lighthouse point.
