I just saw E268 this morning, and they had a high rise nozzle on the rig. It must of been put there very recently. Did they decide to add another high rise engine for the rockaways ? (E266 is a high rise noz)

I believe the current plan is to have at least one if not two high-rise nozzle units in each Battalion.  You should be seeing a lot more companies citywide now sporting the nozzle.

Was trying to find out, how many Eng's were in the Rockaway during its hayday? Thank you.

As far as Engines are concerned I think this is it.

Don't forget the Broad Channel Volunteers (even if they're not on the Rockaway peninsula itself).
