E329 Lighting package

I was looking on the FDNY Trucks website and i notieced thar E329's 1993 Seagrave has a strange lighting package. It has a Federal View Point lightbar and round flashers (Strobes?). Were any other engines from this order used to test different lighting packages?

Once in a while the shops will install something like this for a test run.  Maybe it was a free-be from the manufacturer as a trial.  Who knows?  I'm certain it wasn't ordered that way as part of a larger batch from Seagrave.  Probably a one off.
