E60 L17 14Bn relocation

Attended the Centennial for 280/132 last week, 100 year building, lots of history and character. When maintained, nothing like these old houses
 
Just look at what happened to E075 & L033 with a new house. Say no more!!!!

 
What has happened to 75/33 quarters, I pass it daily and see scaffolding all around the building?
