THE NEW YORK CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT WILL BE CONDUCTING "WINDBLOWN FIRE" EXCERCISES ON GOVERNORS ISLAND.

THE EXCERCISES WILL OCCUR FEBRUARY 23, 2008 THRU FEBRUARY 28, 2008 FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M.
