I think kfd274 our experienced poll master should do a poll after we list all these candidates so we can select the "best" of the best.  Perhaps we should develop our own "Hall of Fame" for the dispatchers. 

Many of these people are truly outstanding and do so much to get the best information to the units in the field in a timely manner often under stressful conditions.  They are a key ingredient to the success of the FDNY!!
