DITMAS PARK, Brooklyn - A confirmed fire broke out at East 22nd St & Newkirk Ave 2am early Wednesday morning. Two victims were pronounced dead despite the best efforts of EMS performing CPR en route to the hospital. The fire started out as a rubbish fire which extended to other parts of the building.
