FDNY Opening 200K square foot Fire Truck repair shop in Maspeth, Queens

I was thinking it is the former Mack truck dealer at that location, but it wouldn't have been 58-80. It's been years since I saw 58th street and Borden avenue but like I said I do remember Mack and Coca-Cola being around there. I probably wouldn't recognize the area any longer.
From google maps it looks like many fdny ambulances in a lot behind that address. Maybe it will be a repair shop for them.
Seems like that address is currently listed as a self-storage place
