Forty-nine years have passed since a terrorist from the Puerto Rican group FALN detonated a bomb in the historic Fraunces Tavern on Pearl Street killing four innocent people and injuring 50. The bomber/coward left a note taking responsibility; then ran to Cuba where he still hides. With him is New Jersey cop killer Joanne Chesimard.
