Don't forget to raise your hand if the drilling hurts my dentist would say when using the old slow drill with the cord.  The one time I raised my hand (he didn't give novocaine or sweet air in the 50's) he didn't stop. Upon finishing he would say I only had to drill a bit more and didn't want to stop.  From thereon in I never ever raised my hand - just sucked it up  :
