Gateway National Recreation Area vehicles

The park has another Type 6, E93, which I haven't had the chance to take a photo of yet since it normally is in Sandy Hook.  It's a pick-up truck with a slip on.  It's slated for replacement this year.

Gateway also has two structural engines, Type 1's I believe, at Sandy Hook, as well as a support truck.  Next time I'm down that way, I'll try to get some photos of those as well.
 
This is one of the NPS rigs that protect the Colonial National Park (which includes Jamestown Island, the Yorktown battlefield, and the Colonial Parkway which runs between the two, partially along the York & James Rivers, and through Colonial Williamsburg. There are very large areas of brush in the park, and the NPS guys can get pretty busy at times.  They also respond on mutual aid requests to brush fires in York & James City Counties, Williamsburg & Newport News.  This is their oldest rig:

That's looks like like a Model 42, Ford, Type 6, 260 gallons, 94gpm at 300psi, PTO, early 1990's.
