Location: East Harstdale Ave between North Central and Columbia Ave
Description: Multiple manhole fires with heavy smoke and CO readings in several OMD's.

14000hrs- Power outage in the area. Several buildings with heavy smoke conditions. Residents being evacuated.

1405hrs- Units being advised by Con Ed that further manholes could blow.

1425hrs- M/A Yonkers METU bus to the scene. YPD ESU responding with the bus, stagin will be Columbia X East Hartsdale.

1618hrs- Yonkers METU operating as rehab unit for Hartsdale FD ATT.

Valhalla Engine was put on Standby in their own quarters for Fairview, which was assisting Hartsdale. Greenville Engine also into Hartsdale.

White Plains Ladder & Elmsford Engine relocated to Hartsdale for standby also

I see Hartsdale is running the old Mount Vernon TL again.

Mt. Vernon's old tower is now Hartsdale's permanent spare tower ladder. They are running the FWD aerialscope as TL 15, and the former FDMV E-One tower as TL 54.
