High pressure pumpers

I have seen some vids of some of the new engines and noticed that they are high pressure 3stage engines 39, 226 to mention a few. Is the job adding additional high pressure engines to the 8 already in service?

There are ten Seagrave high-pressure pumpers in service.
Man – Engs 6, 8, 10, 26, 34, 39, 54, 65
Bkn – Eng 226
Qns – Eng 258
The newest are Engines 8, 39, and 226 which are 2020 models. No additional are on order

No hi-pressure pumpers in Harlem or Bronx? Are the apartment buildings not enough stories to justify? I've never been to NY, btw.
