What these videos don't show is the great work of firefighters to save the adjacent warehouses. The local news here had pictures showing that the one bldg. to the left actually had a fairly significant fire on the outside of the bldg. that firefighters are able to knockdown before it spread into the interior of the bldg.

That's certainly true and unfortunately by far the biggest majority of them are in fairly rural areas. These fortunately are in an area that has a fairly good sized fire district was even if you paid firefighters. You can see from the photos that in most cases I really don't put a lot of water on the burning alcohol for fear of runoff into local streams and rivers which can kill fish. The biggest concern is protecting other exposures. A few years ago 4 warehouses side-by-side went up at another distillery locally.
